SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

AIMI Floral Studio is based in Fort Lauderdale and provides local flower delivery in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and nearby South Florida communities. Fresh arrangements are perishable. We do not offer standard parcel shipping unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

DELIVERY AREA AND FEES

We deliver in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s address.
Fort Lauderdale: 33301, 33304, 33305, 33306, 33308, 33311, 33312, 33315, 33316.
Miami: 33125, 33127, 33128, 33129, 33130, 33131, 33132, 33133, 33136, 33137, 33138.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Order by 4 PM for guaranteed same-day flower delivery in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Orders placed after 4 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery date. Please contact us to confirm delivery timing for other locations. All times shown are local Fort Lauderdale and Miami time.

HOURS AND DELIVERY WINDOWS

Our shop is open daily, 7 AM-7 PM, seven days a week. Exact-time delivery is available only when expressly confirmed in advance and may involve an additional fee. A requested time window is not an exact-time delivery guarantee.

RECIPIENT AND ACCESS INFORMATION

Provide the recipient’s full name, correct address, apartment or unit number, telephone number and relevant gate, concierge or building-access instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

DELIVERY COMPLETION

Delivery is completed when the order is handed to the recipient, accepted by a concierge, reception desk, doorman, neighbor or another authorized person, or left in a safe location approved by the customer or recipient when conditions permit.

RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE AND REDELIVERY

If the recipient is unavailable and no safe delivery option exists, we will attempt to contact the customer or recipient. Redelivery is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge. Perishable products that cannot be delivered because of incorrect customer-provided information or recipient unavailability may not qualify for a refund.

CIRCUMSTANCES AFFECTING DELIVERY

Severe weather, traffic restrictions, access issues, accidents and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery. If we cannot meet the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and discuss available options. Where required by applicable law, the customer may consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

PICKUP IN FORT LAUDERDALE

Pickup is available at 150 SE 12th St #100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, daily during shop hours, 7 AM-7 PM. Please coordinate your pickup time with our team.
