Yes. Order by 4 PM for guaranteed same-day flower delivery in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Orders placed after 4 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery date. All times are local Fort Lauderdale and Miami time.
WHERE IS YOUR FLOWER SHOP AND CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Our shop is at 150 SE 12th St #100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Pickup is available daily, 7 AM-7 PM. Please coordinate your pickup time with our team.

Delivery takes place within an available delivery window. An exact delivery time is guaranteed only when confirmed in advance.
WILL THE ARRANGEMENT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?
Each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. We preserve the overall style, color palette, value and design character. Individual flower varieties, shades and stages of bloom may vary with availability.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC FLOWERS OR COLORS?
Add your preferences to the order notes. We will accommodate them whenever possible. Specific varieties and shades are guaranteed only when confirmed directly by our team.
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
Yes. Enter your message during checkout, and we will include it on a card with the arrangement.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS UNAVAILABLE?
When appropriate, we may leave the order with a concierge, reception desk or another authorized person. If delivery cannot be completed safely, we will contact the customer or recipient. An additional fee may apply to a second delivery attempt.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on the order’s preparation and delivery status. Once the flowers have been prepared or dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
Follow the instructions on our Flower Care page. Use clean water, trim stems where appropriate and keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight.
DO YOU CREATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR EVENTS OR BUSINESSES?
Yes. We create custom floral designs for private events, business spaces, hospitality settings and recurring flower delivery. Contact us with the date, location, preferred style and estimated budget.
