Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide current, accurate and complete information. You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Products and Floral Variations

Flowers and plants are natural, seasonal products. Images represent the intended style, color direction, size and overall value. Flower varieties, shades, stem counts, containers, wrapping materials and stages of bloom may vary according to season and availability. When necessary, AIMI may make substitutions of equal or greater value while preserving the arrangement's overall design character.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order because of product availability, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery fees and other applicable charges are shown during checkout. We may correct pricing or product-information errors before fulfilling an order. Payment must be authorized before preparation or delivery.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information, including address, unit number, telephone number and access instructions. Delivery dates and windows are estimates unless an exact-time service has been expressly confirmed. Delivery is also governed by our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, Problems and Refunds

Cancellations, replacements, credits and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because floral products are perishable and custom-prepared, special limitations apply.

Gift Messages and Submitted Content

You are responsible for the content of gift messages, reviews and other material you submit. Content must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The AIMI name, logo, photographs, floral designs, website copy, graphics and other content are owned by AIMI or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, delivery and communication services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or policies outside our control.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. AIMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed access, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIMI and its owners, employees and service providers harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
